This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with
Pokericabra Trainee, published by RamPublish.
Pokericabra Trainee has no user accounts and no servers of its own.
RamPublish operates no database and holds no personal data about players. Almost
everything the game stores is on your own device, and the optional cloud save is
stored in your own Google Account. Most deletion is therefore immediate and
entirely under your control — the steps below tell you exactly where.
How to request deletion
To delete everything stored on your device — settings, progress,
local high scores, gold balance and any in-progress run: Uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Pokericabra
Trainee → Storage → Clear storage. This is immediate and complete.
To delete your cloud save (only exists if you signed in to Google
Play Games):
Open the Google Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play
Games account data, and choose this game. You can also revoke the game's
access to your Google Account at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To delete advertising data held by Google: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
To ask us to delete anything else, or if you want written
confirmation, email
support@pokericabra.com
with the subject “Data deletion request”.
We respond within 30 days. Please tell us which app you are
writing about; we may ask for information to verify the request, and if we
cannot verify it we will tell you why.

Purchase and subscription records
Google Play
Kept by Google Play under your Google Account. Tax and accounting records are retained as long as the law requires, typically 6–10 years. These cannot be deleted on request.
Support emails you send us
RamPublish
Deleted on request, and in any case within 24 months.
Additional retention
Beyond the purchase and tax records noted above, RamPublish applies no additional
retention period: there is no account to close, no profile to archive and no backup
of player data on any system we control.
